Is it possible to be pregnant with no symptoms?

I'm not due for my period yet it should be coming this week I'm ttc and so far I have 0 symptoms. I know some women have morning sickness, cravings, and all that other stuff but I have nothing. I'm going to test in 2 weeks but I just don't think I'm pregnant cause I don't feel like it. :/ I just wanna know from experiences

I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms this entire pregnancy and I'm currently 30 weeks. This has been an easy pregnancy. I am very grateful. Good luck to you

So funny! The month I got my BFP I was for SURE it wasn't my month. I had zero symptoms. So I thought.. I was looking into the regular symptoms like morning sickness and breast pain. Nothing changed. I didn't think about it when I was breaking out like crazy! I literally posted about "breaking out like a teenager again" a week or two before my BFP. Then a couple days prior I thought someone's ground coffee smelled like cow manure. But only his coffee. If it wasn't for his coffee I would never of noticed a change in sense of smell. 
Btw I didn't even plan on testing! I only did because I was going out with some family for drinks. And since I knew I was trying I wanted to see that negative so I felt better about going out. Well... I didn't drink that night! 
Good luck! And you do not need to have major symptoms to have that BFP!

That was my symptoms. None of that makes sense. All the usual af signs were not there. The only symptom day of positive test was I was boiling hot. My temperature shot up that day.

I had no symptoms with this pregnancy until I hit 5 wks.

Yes! I'm 12 weeks today and still don't have a lot of symptoms. The one that always clued me in though was my sore nipples. Even that though started around missed AF. Everyone is different good luck.. :)
