BC for someone with anxiety/panic disorder and ADHD?
I want to start bc this summer but I'm a little nervous for several reasons:
1. I have GAD/panic disorder, ADHD, and moderate depression and idk if hormones will make those things worse
2. Idk if bc with conflict with my meds (vyvanse and alprazolam)
3. It sounds like the implant is most effective but I'm hella scared of needles/things under my skin
4. The timing thing with the pill or patch freaks me out
5. My periods have finally started regularly appearing (used to only get them 4 times a year and ive had them for 7 years) and Idk if it's worth it to throw everything off again with bc
