How did you guys cope with growth spurts?

How are moms coping with their babies growth spurts? Mine is going through the 3 week spurt and I am beyond tired and irritable. What are u doing to cope with the spurts?

We called in the grandmas so my husband and I could get a little break. Somehow the grandmas can always get her calmed down.  Haha!

Mix up a bottle and give him to dad a couple times a day. So I can poop without crying or take a shower. It gets better. After the first couple nights every growth spurt I dont cry with him lol

Trying to survive. My little one was up from 12 am to 6am. His sleep circles are normally 2 hrs only. But that seems like a luxury. I try to sleep when he sleeps. I envy those who says their baby sleeps for 3 hrs or more at a time.

In the middle of a growth spurt too. EBF so hubby tries to help by rocking, burping, etc. but ultimately I'm stuck waking up to feed her. She is latched on my boob the majority of the day as well and won't let me put her down. I've taken to baby wearing as much as possible during the day. Knowing that it will eventually end is the only thing keeping me sane.

How did I cope?.... barely. Lol! 😂😂😂😂 You'll get through it mama. Hang in there and remember if he's cluster feeding, no paci cause he's boosting ur supply to support his growing body. Always give boob during growth spurts. Good luck mama
