Not sure what dpo I am!

Hey girls not sure what dpo I am but if I go by glow & ovia I'm 8dpo! Been having cramps in my stomach non stop & nausea constantly anybody have any idea what this could be? Obviously way to early for pregnancy symptoms but just curious?
