I'm finally pregnant

I am extremely happy. I'm 45 and I have been trying for 18 months I have 5 children 22, 20, 15, 13, & 7 years of age I finally divorced out of hell 2 years ago met this wonderful man whom is my soulmate and he has a 12 year old daughter which he rarely sees he wants a boy in the worst way can I trust this test to say I am pregnant even thou I'm having a period????
