Depression
So, I'm not sure if it's because I'm on Ocella or if it's work stress but I've been struggling with some unexplained emotional changes lately. My mood has been mainly sadness since Sunday, and nothing different is happening that can explain it. I feel as though it may be a hormonal imbalance caused by my bc.
Is anyone else going through something similar? What did you do? How did you handle it?
