Hi all this is my 4th pregnancy (6weeks today), in my other 3, (1 girl and 2 boys) I had morning sickness early on, and it lasted for ages. Also I had thrush down below on all my pregnancies which lasted throughout. This time around in feeling very anxious as I haven't had any symptoms apart from missed period, 3 BFPs and sore breasts when my period was due, now I have nothing and I don't feel pregnant at all.
