Bad baby acne. My daughter broke out severely out of no where around 8weeks. She had flawless skin, then overnight it was horrific. I tried breast milk & coconut oil, nothing worked. After a week of trying home remedies I made an appt with her dr, it was so bad it got into her ears and nose!! Poor thing. She was prescribed a cream and it was gone within days. 

Looks like milk pimples. My little guy gets them too I put breast milk on them to reduce the redness and within a few hours they are not so angry looking. Been told by numerous health professionals they will grow out of it and it's due to the mums hormones.
