Bulge down there ?

So I'm about 7 weeks post p. I haven't gone to my doctor for a check up... But I feel this bulge down there it dosnt hurt or anything it's just there. I can feel it with my fingers if I berley put them in.  I never noticed it before I was preg. Just wondering if anyone has this? Could it be my bladder falling out ??? I guess I need to go to my follow up cause I'm a little concerned and a little scared to have sex right now.
