Poop cramps?

Anyone else getting terrible poop cramps? I'm 6 weeks 5 days. As opposed to being constipated, I just have been getting bad cramps until I go poo.

Yep! I start cramping and get scared for a minute. Then realize it's my intestines, not my uterus and just go to the bathroom.

I remember being somewhere and getting these intestinal cramps and thinking "no no anything but this!"  Now I'm like "yay! It's just diarrhea!" So weird.

Eat some extra fiber, maybe get some activia yogurt? That extra iron in your vitamins can cause extra constipation. And get some stool softeners, they are safe!

I get them off and on. Part of digestion problems, I think. Unfortunately normal.
