Irregular periods/PCOS

Anyone having issues with irregular periods but still manage to get a BFP? My left ovary is mildly polycystic and I'm currently on day 47 of my cycle 😓 I'm finding it really difficult to track my ovulation (if I'm ovulating at all). Glow said I ovulated two weeks ago so had sex pretty much the whole time. Still no period and took a test on Monday but it was negative, just looking for advise on what to do really? Have a fertility appt in August. Thank you x
