Discomfort on right side

I'm 6w today and from yesterday I've been having mild pain/cramp/discomfort on right side of my abdominal. I feel it's coming from around where right ovary is. It's not painful and it comes and goes but it's definitely new. Could it be gas or something more serious? Should I be worried? I'm not spotting or bleeding and no pregnancy symptoms other than frequent urination and tender breasts.
