Too early for pregnancy symptoms?

I'm 8-9 dpo and today when I woke up, the room was spinning and I felt sick to my stomach. This has never happened before. Just wanted to ask you guys could I possibly be having pregnancy symptoms this early? I haven't tested yet.

3 days before my missed period, I got out of bed and felt dizzy and so hot. I tested and bam. Good luck
