Sore nipples, am I crazy!?!

Shetomar • I`m 38 married 17yrs. Currently PREGNANT. M/C #1 Aug 2013 at 7 wks. M/C #2 Jan 2014 at 18wks, M/C #3 July 2015 at 16wks Chemical pregnancy July 2016
I'm cd2 today and woke up with really sore/sensitive nipples. Is 2dpo too early for pregnancy symptoms!?! Comments please and thank you.
