she's had a pretty red bottom for the past week. we've used A&D cream and bag balm on it and the redness has finally cleared up but upon wiping her this morning I noticed that around her anus the skin looks like it's split. (think like when your lips get chapped and they split) 😣 she doesn't seem to be in pain by it because she didn't cry or anything when I touched it and was wiping her....is that a common thing for babies to get? I've never seen that before
