Thyroid issues

I'm 7-5 pregnant. And my thyroid count is 2.11. They're putting me on some kind of medicine. This on top of progesterone pills and prenatal plus. I'm on 3 pills and I'm only 7-5. Not only that but this thyroid crap has got me all messed up. I thought I saw my ex from a past super toxic relationship and I felt like I had a heart attack. And all I could do is wait for it to end. It's awful. And I'm so nausea all the freaking time. I have a full time job. I'm an assistant manager. But I'm only 19 so people expect me to just act like I'm not pregnant at work. I'm absolutely miserable.
