Water Birth + OB's

So I'm only 8+3 so I mean, it's a little early but I've always loved the idea of a water birth. I do not have a midwife, they aren't available yet in my province. Will that be an option with my OB or no? The way my hospital is working is there is a prenatal clinic; thus, there being a random doctor on call and I was told by my counsellor I'd most likely end up meeting all the OB's and it'll be a game of roulette when it's time for baby. With all your experiences, will a water birth be plausible, or no? All opinions wanted xoxo
