Antiphospholipid Antibody syndrome

So my blood work came back today & I have APS. Its a autoimmune disorder. One of the effects of APS is having pregnancy-related problems; multiple miscarriages.... Miscarriage later in pregnancy, or premature birth. I guess that explains my four miscarriages in the last year. My first pregnancy made it thru to 12 weeks then my babies heart stopped. I am now pregnant & I am currently 6w3d. Does anyone else have this disorder? I'm hoping for the Best
