When is cycle day 1
First off :-/ bfn on thanks giving so bummed I was a day late anyways wondering when to officially count cycle day one. I am having bright red when I whipe and cramps. Nothing "flowing" so when should I count as cycle day one what if the flow progresses and tonight its normal then do I do today or tomorrow. Ugh
