He's here! I'm not due until July 5th, 2016. On Saturday June 18, 2016 I started light contractions around 2am and they increased and got stronger but bearable, 3am I felt the urge to use the bathroom and lost my mucus plug. I called the triage and went in at 9am. Got in, got a room, got checked and was told I was going to stay because I was 6cm dilated. Yay! Anyways, contractions got stronger and I got up to walk around to hopefully make my labor faster. At 1pm, I took a nice warm bath and felt great! 1:45pm I got checked again and was told I was 8cm dilated and my Doctor would come and break my water at 2:15pm which then would give me stronger contractions closer together to help me dilate faster, fine by me. So at 2:15pm like I was told, my Doctor came and broke my water, felt awesome having that pressure gone. At 2:45pm, I told the nurse to call for the Doctor because I was going to start pushing. Well I started pushing and the Doctor didn't have time to gown up because my sons head was already crowning. 2:47pm my little boy made his entrance into this World!
