HSG and low sperm count.

I had my HSG yesterday, I was told that the dye went trough both of my tubes. I have a small adhesion. However, but they said it shouldn't stop me from becoming pregnant Anyways my fiancé has to do a semen analysis. If a male has a low sperm count does that mean we can't conceive naturally? Also does HSG increase chances?
