Catfish??

So I posted a photo on the Internet and the next day I got a friend request on kik from this person and my body was there profile picture. They blocked me and some of my friends said they got messages from them. I'm afraid this person is cat fishing them with my photo because someone with the same name followed me on Instagram, Twitter, snapchat, and Facebook. What should I do? Here is the photo
