Ladies who have suffered early (7 week) miscarriages

I want to start by saying in sorry to be bringing this up. However, after a BFP when I wasn't ttc this pregnancy has been strange. My only symptoms have been sore breasts and increased potty trips. I've had a 99.1 fever the whole time. I also have hypothyroidism. My blood hcg was 1272 at 5 weeks and apparently it was okay because my obgyn wasn't worried. Last night, after no pain or warning , I went to the restroom and had a bowel movement but when I wiped, there was a wide swatch of bright pink watery like stuff on the toilet paper. I totally freaked out of course. I had a couple more potty visits where there was very light pink spotting (never on my panties, only visible when I wiped) and then a dime sized amount of clear mucus (like fertile mucus) but streaked with blood. I've had back cramps off and on since then but the spotting has stopped.
