I'm new to this...
So, I just bought a bbt and started charting. It's only been about four days but I'm currently in Glow's predicted "green zone" for fertility. Today I had a +81 increase in bbt from yesterday.
I started doing this because I never have any clue if I'm actually ovulating (body signs are not overly apparent, although this month I started checking CM and the position of my cervix). The question is, is that considered enough of a temp spike that I'm actually ovulating?
