Excema

I had excema on my hands a couple of years ago, which got quite bad. Its not as bad now, but has spread to other parts of my body. They are only very small marks here and there, and I've been given a steroid cream to keep it under control, but it makes me feel very unattractive. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you deal with it?
