Noises while nursing

My daughter is about six months old and recently over the past few weeks she has begun to make a bunch of noises. She will kick her legs and then tap my breast all while making a 'mmmm' noise and it sometimes even sounds like she's mad. I have tried putting her down thinking maybe she isn't in the mood to eat but she will continue to give me ques that she is hungry. Does anyone else's baby do this?
