Anyone else cramping?

So I'm 32 wk 5 days and I started cramping a few weeks ago. It's only gotten worse up till now. Just laying in bed I feel pressure and menstrual like cramps. I've brought it up at my last two appointments but the doctor has passed it. I'm trying to stay off my feet. Anyone else going through or have had this in a previous pregnancy??

Braxton Hicks. False contractions. They can get more frequent the closer we get to delivery date. I have them maybe once or twice a day. They feel like menstrual cramps, like your whole belly suddenly tightens up like a muscle cramps, some pressure on the pelvis. Keep track of how long and how often the are, just in case.

Mine don't really hurt so much as just stop me from walking with intense tightness across lower belly. It's a weird feeling, but luckily, painless so far.

Yes. Here too, and im 30+ weeks. I have started getting menstrual like cramping (like a constant dull ache down low where the top of my panties sit), as well as braxton hicks (a tightening of my uterus accompanied by increased heart beat, and even sometimes a throbbing pressure sensation that radiates up my body into my head... super weird feeling), as well as pinchy sensations in my cervix. My doc haa just said to go get checked at L&D at my hospital if they increase in frequency, and/or get stronger. Hasnt really come to that yet, although ive definitely wondered a couple times if i should.

I have had some pretty bad cramps the last couple days. Had an appt today and she just told me that as long as they dont turn into contractions its ok. Drink lots of water and take some tylenol. The heat has lot to do with it as well, so try and stay inside as much as possible out of the heat.

Yes! This is my first child and I'm almost 31 weeks. My doctor didn't seem concerned about it either when I brought it up. Im glad to know I'm not the only one even though I hate that you're in pain as well! I've had a few moms tell me it's normal and that it's most likely just the baby dropping or he is hitting a nerve just right.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks, when I get them it's cramping and sometimes it can get bad. What I do is either lay down until they over or walk around. Also make sure you drink enough water.
