Diaper rash advice?

Hey mamas, do you have any advice on how to get rid of a persistent diaper rash on my little lady? I've been trying to give her booty some air these last few days, been trying Vaseline and some butt cream... Still pretty red though... Idk I'm out of ideas. Boudreaux butt paste worked pretty well for my son so idk...

Use the cream called "Triple Paste". It's fantastic! I tried everything on my son's bad diaper rash and this was the only thing that worked!! Read the reviews on Amazon. This stuff is amazing. We use it now with every diaper change and it's prevented any new rashes.

We use coconut oil on the diaper area and air drying between changes.  I try to change her every 2 hours or so.  The coconut oil seems to help her heal, she tends to get rashes in the folds of her legs.

My daughter had a pretty persistent diaper rash turns out it was a yeast infection after I took her to her pediatrician he prescribed something and it went away within the next 2 days.

Aquaphor healing ointment. Rash will be gone in 6 hours or less. Also if your LO is prone to rashes, put on aquaphor before bed every night.

My son only got it once and it cleared up instantly with Burt Bees diaper rash cream ... I also lightly use Burt Bees (talc free) diaper powder. They work great.

My daughter is 3 months and hasn't gotten a rash at all. I use honest diapers, and cloth wipes soaked in water only. I also use amazing aura baby salve for the booty, and if she's had a little bit of redness (from wiping) it goes away over night...it's amazing!

Use powder (cornstarch) every diaper change and diaper rash will never develop. 3 kids zero diaper rash

Lots of air helped when my son hot it bad, then used Vaseline c a few days per doc then started using coconut oil every change and no issues since.
