Probably a dumb question but I'm worried!

So I haven't really had sex with my boyfriend in about 5 months. Not because we've been doing badly or anything we just decided to stop. Well tonight we decided to do it again and he didn't actually finish in me because it started to cause me to much pain so we stopped so he didn't finish or anything. The times we did have sex months ago we used a condom and I wasn't on birth control. Now tonight I've been using birth control for about 4 months now and haven't ever missed a day. But we didn't use a condom. So I guess what I'm wondering and scared about is if Theres a chance I'd get pregnant because I'm really scared now.
