My ex keeps appearing in my dreams

So the thing is... We broke up because his girl bestfriend told him that i was cheating on him. Weve dated for 8 months. 28 was the day when i started dating him. And that number these days is my lucky number. Ive dated another guy before but he was still in my dreams. We didnt had any conversations or anything at all for like 5 years. I didnt know if i miss him or i just want to clarify what happened years ago. He was my everything back then. Should i do anything? Or no?
