Help please ! Should I take him to the doctor or no?

Tuesday night after my 2 months old doc appointment his right eye started to water and get crusty. Yesterday I called the doctor and they called me back after they had already closed the office and of course I missed there call. Well right now he just woke up to eat and his eye was crusty again ( not enough that it was completely shut but enough that half of it was) I keep using warm rags to wipe off the crusty but I have no idea what it is and what to do? Should I take him to the doctor or what? His eye is not red or anything and he's acting perfectly fine. These pictures I included are not him but this has how his eye is.
