So i started the pill last Friday, and last night i had unprotected sex... 😁👎🏽 is the pill worthy of working?

No you need to give it time to get into effect a month at the most to get it working into your system

You should be fine but if your period is super late/doesn't come I would take a test. I would use back up like a condom until you've finished a months worth. That's just me being safe. But you are right, it is one week if that's what it says in your info pamphlet. Everybody says three months, one month... Well the manufacturer will tell you on the pill pamphlet and that's what you should listen to as well as your doctor. But as I said... I waited a month until I relied only on my pill- just because I CANNOT get pregnant right now and I would rather use a condom one more month than have a baby haha.

I think it depends what type of pill and where you are in your cycle. Check with your doctor and take a morning after pill just in case.

I've heard it takes BC a month to fully get into your system. I could be wrong but I would stay careful just in case. Birth control does not always work so taking other precautions would be ideal. 😃
