Diet Tips from Glow-Can You Not?!
Is it just me or is anyone else sick of Glow giving you multiple articles every day postpartum reminding you about how you should be tracking your calories/mindful of what you eat/healthy food tips and on and on. I don't need this app to be giving me diet advice every single day. Losing weight is not my focus right now, loving my baby and my new lifestyle is. And it just feels like a pressure to be doing one more thing that I just don't have the mental energy for. I don't know, just lay off all the diet pressure for tired stressed new moms Glow!
