I don't know if I should test

I've had the Paragard for about 4 years & I had it taken out in April of this year. Before it my cycles were 28 days exactly & my periods about 4/5 days long & fairly light. During, it changed to a week long & much heavier. A week after I got it out I got my period & it was normal, lasted 4 days. Period comes in May on CD 32 and lasted 4 days as well. Now to this month, it came early. On CD 28 I had some spotting (Monday the 21st ). Then Tuesday & Wednesday I had more bleeding. More than spotting but definitely light. Then 3/4 the way through yesterday I stopped bleeding & nothing at all today. I don't know if maybe my body is trying to adjust back to what used to be normal for me? Or if possibly I am pregnant. We baby danced every other day since my last period. Anyone else have anything similar to this? Sorry for the long post!
