Struggling with tiredness, sickness and work!
Anyone else struggling with feeling very tired and nauseous? I have two jobs which doesn't help, however I'm really struggling as I haven't told either workplace yet.
This morning I was dry heaving for an hour!! Sipping water makes me feel more nauseous!
Any tips for more energy?
