TMI but I need help. It started off just an itchy bump now it looks like this and is painful. Could it be a form of a STD?!

I had something like that on my inner theigh. It hurt for a couple days, popped, and then kind of looked like that. It was a boil. It was never itchy though! Perhaps the itching is from shaving? It looks like you're just at that point where it's growing back in. So yeah, maybe an infected ingrown hair or boil. That doesn't look like a herpe though. It'll likely go away on it's own if you leave it. I used hydrogen peroxide to clean mine and then put a band aid over it when it was pussing and it only took a few days. If you're worried though, it never hurts to get it checked out.

It could just be a really bad ingrown hair.  I agree with the other person. I would get it checked out just incase.
