Boyfriend doesn't like eating me out?

Recently he told me he didn't like my taste. I felt really offended but I didn't say anything. However he doesn't taste like roses either but I don't mind it. I don't know what to do I shower before sex & I shave to keep it clean. I'm vegan so I eat a lot of fruits & veggies. I don't know what to do. I've voiced this to him & he simply said he doesn't like it.
