In several states if a pregnant woman is murdered the perpetrator can be charged with fetal homicide.  Scott Peterson is a person of note who was charged with both the murder of his wife and his unborn child.  My question is, do you support this and why or why not.  Also, if you do support it, do you believe in abortion? If so, how do you reconcile those beliefs?
