Two previous miscarriages this year and now I'm pregnant again. Had some spotting literally just a little bit. Brown like before I start my period. I went to er. They seen a sac but no baby. They did transvaginal and abdominal. I feel okay other than sore down there. Am I supposed to feel that sore? I have a tilted uterus too. I'm just worried I will miscarry again.
