BFP - When should I go to the doc?

Hi everyone!

I took a test this morning and immediately got a BFP. According to this app I should be 5 weeks pregnant, but I do have an irregular cycle so that number might be higher or lower.

When is the best time to go to the doctors? I don't want to go in too soon and be told to come back later!

I got a positive on the 19th and made my appt the next day. wont see doc till aug 1

I went for a blood test right after I found out but I won't be seen until I'm 8 weeks so I have a little less than 3 weeks until my appointment.

I would call to make an appt.  I went to a specialist so I called the day I got my bfp. Did blood work that day and 2 days later. My first actual appt is at my 6 week mark for u/s

I went to my doctor the very same day I found out I was pregnant. It's never to soon to make sure your baby is fine. Go right ahead and call your ob. CONGRATULATIONS 💕

You usually don't go to the doctor until you are 8 weeks but you need to go ahead and call to set up an appointment and let them know you are not sure of when your last cycle was.
