Progesterone

Jordyn • Birth mother (7 years). 4 year old and expecting in July.
I got blood work last week and the doctor put me on vaginal doses of progestin to give the baby a healthy living environment. 3rd day I am on it... I am nauseated on and off, I have the pill coming out in thick white stringy blobs stinged with blood. One capsul came out with a brownish tinge, like dried blood.
I am having mild but consistent cramps feels like the left ovary area....and now in the right but they are sharper on the right. 
Thoughts and advice?
