Mothers milk tea?

Just curious if anyone breastfeeding has ever drank mothers milk tea and noticed an increase in breast milk? I had trouble nursing my first so I'm trying to get as much information on increasing milk supply before my 2nd arrives! Thank you!

I can't say one way or the other but I drink it once a day and have a good supply

Fenugreek is the main ingredient in mother's milk tea. You can buy fenugreek in pill form. It works!

Yea I couldn't drink it. Love tea but not herbal stuff. I tried fenugreek and oatmeal cookies. Milk thistle I think was also recommended. I couldn't keep a supply. I always felt immense pressure to breast feed and I think my body just wasn't capable.

I drank nettle and fenugreek herbal tea. Helped a lot.

I used this both with my first and second- worked wonders for my supply. I had to drink it frequently throughout the day tho to notice a difference- some woman I know could drink 1-2 cups a day and have instant results
