Who else has this problem? Any advice??

Hi ladies. I obviously have pcos. I also have hypothyroidism and I've been very difficult to control even on synthroid. We are trying to conceive and on second round of Clomid. I can already tell we're not ovulating on this dose this month. I've also swung slightly hypothyroid again (I was hyper 3 months ago). Does anybody else have these issues or have been in this situation? What would you do? See a reproductive endocrinologist, keep going on this path, or suspend baby making until thyroid under control? I'm 33 btw and we lost a baby last September. We got pregnant with him when my thyroid and pcos hormones were under control coming off birth control. . .
