SPD maybe?
I'm having pelvic pain more like the front of the vagina. Feels like soar muscles. Hurts the most after I've been sleeping on my side and have to get up or roll over. I'm going to tell my Dr at the next visit. I'm only 14 weeks so I was wondering if it could be caused by being plus size. I see a bunch of people have it later in pregnancy when they get bigger.
