Working out while TTC

Hey everyone so just a bit of a thought for the day. I am in relatively good shape I used to run almost everyday, did a 6k last summer and some bootcamp workout classes, over the last few months I've fallen out of the routine. I'm trying to get back into it because over the holidays I put on some weight and I want to loose it. I also want to be able to workout when I do end up pregnant the only problem is I've heard so many things about overdoing workouts can make conceiving harder... But on the other hand I've heard being a bit overweight can hinder it too... Working out was always a way for me to relax and now it's become a bit stressful because I constantly am weighing the pros and cons. I think I've found the balance now and I am gonna start running lightly again and work my body up to it again hopefully it helps not hinders my ttc. Anyone else have thoughts on this topic??
