My cycle is roughly 29 days long. I'm on cycle day 31 now. Last period started on 5/25 .. lasted 5 days. I wouldn't say it was spotting .. but rather just a tinge of pink/red when I wiped .. can't remember when the pink happened .. Took a HPT around that time (sometime after ovulation) and it was negative. But on the 18th, 19th, and 20th mostly .. I've had a slight cramp on the left lower abdomen off and on that would last a couple minutes at time that were just annoying and not really painful. AF was due yesterday. CM is very creamy and white. Normally my cramps are everywhere and pretty painful and only during my period .. not prior to. Also .. My SO and I had sex this morning and it felt like some major cramping going on downstairs while we were going at it .. I've NEVER had that before.
