Im so confused! HELP!

So i have this "friend" he just got divorced 6 months ago. 3 months after he got divorced he took his sweet time to find me on FB (we had no common friends) when he found me he told me where he worked so u asked him to fix my computer and he said sure he gave me his number i gave him mine... Made the mistake of txtn him first but anyway after that we went to the movies we went in his car and he paid for everything the whole time he just stared at me with a smile on his face (didnt try to make a move AT ALL)  next time we saw eachother was at his place we had breakfast and all he did was talk to me and stare with a smile this continued 3 more time the samething just stare and smile. Untill one night he acutally hugged me to bad the next day he said sorry... So a few day after that he went to another state and he told me bc i didnt want anything to do with him he was looking for someone else.. i said he never asked he said i should knw these things. So he leaves comes back and i come over again this time he kisses me and he basically told me i was going to end up with a guy like him he kept reminding me that he is successful and that he has alot to offer. he kissed me again then he asked me to stay the night i said no and he walked me to my car i left...  then he said we should take slow and that he really wanted to kiss me but we should keep it slow. i said ok but after he kept bringin up the kiss in every conversation.
