Insomnia!
For the past month or so I have been having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep even though my baby is now sleeping 8-10 hours at night and it sucks. I could be getting so much sleep but my body will not shut down at night and let me sleep and as a result I am cranky and irritable during the day and I don't want to be that way with my baby especially or anyone else. What has helped some of you with insomnia?
