Has anyone gotten pregnant while taking antidepressants?

I've recently been diagnosed with and  battling depression. It is chronic pain related, not suicidal at all... I've been taking cymbalta for the past couple of months and am worried about possible negative issues when trying to conceive in the future. I've talked to the dr about it already but they always have such vague responses...Anyone with thoughts or personal experience to share? It's been something heavy on my heart lately.

Yes I'm pregnant I was on them weened myself off x

Had to stop taking mine when started trying to concieve. Doctor said it causes birth defects
