Two OPK from same day, is my surge over?

I'm on CD 11, both tests were taken today, first about 11am, second about 4:30pm. I'm a regular 27 day cycle so would love some advice please if this is our window to begin trying properly

It looks like it, for some people their surge can last a very short amount of time. However, even if you did miss it, you should still BD. Just because you missed your surge doesn't mean you won't get pregnant. Your chances are still good because the only thing your surge is an indicator of is that your body is preparing to ovulate in the next 12 to 48 hours. So I would recommend BD today, tomorrow, and the day after.
